On July 22, 2019, the first phase of Hpmont [Business Administration Training Camp] officially set sail at the Shenzhen headquarters. The two-day training aims to improve the management and professionalism of the company's employees, and establish a professional echelon with outstanding skills in technology, sales and management to accumulate strength for the company's subsequent development.
The training is carried out in terms of market layout and strategy, financial knowledge, regional/subsidiary management system, and standardized use of process tools, and has experience sharing links, which are full of useful goods.
Firsty,the manager of Finance department showed a vedio for all the students. And then three Financial Statements including Balance sheet,
Cash flow statement and Income statement were taught. This kind of training aims at grasping Credit status,Profitability and Operational stability of a company and improves the sensity of statistics and Cooperation feasibility.
Edmond Wong, the deputy general manager and head of the Business Division, decomposed around [value Migration] and analyzed the market layout strategy with its rich market experience and humorous conversation style. And emphasize that the correct sales purpose should be customer-centric, help customers solve problems, and achieve the ultimate appeal of low cost and high profit.
And then 7 students were picked up to share their feeling about Value Migration.
