From January 8 to 9, 2016, the Hpmont 2015 Marketing Conference was solemnly held at Shenzhen Headquarters. The General Manager, Deputy General Manager, representatives from Hpmont (Hong Kong) and all marketing colleagues attended the meeting.
The meeting reviewed the development history of Hpmont over the past five years, and 2015 was the closing year of its first five years. Look at everything Hpmont has done over the past five years objectively and rationally, and analyze and summarize it pragmatically in order to find a healthier and more efficient management and work method.
The meeting noted that 2016 was the most critical start year for the second five-year plan in Hpmont and that the challenges for the New Year were even more intense. The downward pressure on the macro economy remains, and industrial differentiation will continue to intensify. Hpmont's goal is not to simply compare, but to quickly close the gap with its peers by surpassing their growth rates. In the New Year, the company will reinforce the guiding principle of "rich and poor road" and invest its resources and strength in exploring the path of market customers.
The meeting proposed the market planning and strategic tasks for 2016 from four aspects: expansion, sales, service and business, and determined the market objectives and channel policies for the New Year. At the same time, it profoundly analyzed the industry trend, discussed the new growth points together and precisely laid out the annual plan. In the New Year, we must firmly grasp the development direction of "strong foundation, firm foundation and pioneering spirit", and promote all work in 2016 with objective, rational, practical and efficient work style.
During the two-day meeting, the heads of each region, as well as the Ministry of Commerce and Services, respectively reported on the business development in their respective regions in 2015, as well as the work plan for 2016, and conducted diverse and vibrant experience sharing discussions.
